Dividend policy
The dividend policy of our company stipulates that dividends will be distributed to shareholders in the form of up to ninety percent of the distributable earnings. However, considering future capital expenditure budgets and funding requirements, at least twenty percent of the dividends declared by the company will be in the form of cash dividends.
